What is Art?

Art can be found in many forms. Some even surprising. To me, art is the expression of an emotion or an idea implanted through a certain medium, whether it be a paintbrush, a sound, or a piece of chalk. Art is very subjective, so it is interpreted differently by many people, but central ideas should be able to come through and invoke a certain emotion from the viewer.
